> **Cons**: Pathetic customer experience. Just because of this one reason I would not use or recommend Use Artemis ever again. I raised a query recently on why I have been charged for subscription when I had opted to cancel it. Initially their bot responded, and it was communicated that I can take things up with a customer service representative. Within 02-03 hours I receive an email saying my subscription is cancelled and that I have access to my paid month until 09th October. Not only did their service team remain unresponsive, they went ahead and deactivated my access to the platform before the said period.I got a response email saying that this query is to be shared with the use artemis team at a mentioned email address and that I could request queries regarding refunds or payment related queries if any on a link shared which takes you to interact with another bot which took my details and emailed me stating that I would get a refund within 04-05 working days. Which did not progress any further and a rep emailed me saying that my query was already addressed and closed. However good a product is or capable a team is the underlying etiquette to customers is what matters most.
