> **Pros**: If and when the app decides to function properly or work it's a great tool.  The problem is the support is terrible, unreasonable wait for a response, they don't provide working solutions and demand that it's your fault instead of their product failing.  Support will not issue a refund when they know that they are at fault, they only make it as hard on you as possible to get a refund or credit.  Tried working with this company but they failed to fix the app and have refused to give a refund for their lack of services/products provided.

> **Cons**: Support is pitiful, rude, and unprofessional and the response from tech support is very unreasonable.

> In the beginning, it was great, but eventually the product started to fail and didn't work.  Tech support couldn't provide a fix, yet they still kept charging you for a product that didn't work.  SCAM\!\!
