We use other esignature programs so expanding options in that regard might be a useful goal. > > **Cons**: 1. Please please please make it possible to use/ change/ alter variables following signature. We almost always obtain signatures prior to closing, often with DocuSign. This causes the documents to lock into PDF form thereby making the variable unusable. We need to be able to obtain signatures and then date the documents after. I understand that you do not want to implement this as some folks might feel uncomfortable with altering dates on signature pages, but we do this with PDF editors with our client's consent constantly. Unfortunately, as it now stands, we cannot use the variables function due to this. One possibility to address the issue of changing signature pages after signing could be to add a "consent" button that the client presses, allowing us to alter. In any event, I suggest doing away with this restriction as lawyers are responsible for ensuring we have consent, and we are able to handle this offline\! 2. Please also add in an option for compiling entire documents into one PDF when creating signature pages. Currently, the only option to do this is to get a zip folder with a pdf of signature pages and a folder with individual PDFs. We would like the option to have one long PDF with each document in order, with the signature pages after each document. The page identifiers could be added to each signature page in this format as well. 3. Also, if you could, copying and pasting in the agenda could be easier, maybe by replacing the little finger cursor with the bar? > > I absolutely love this. There is a group of us pushing to move all deals to CFs. Keep up the awesome work. Next steps are to integrate iManage to automatically create new versions in CFs when they are created in iManage, and to create a fillable template PDF for the closing agenda that automatically populates the items into Closing Folders. Moreover, I draft documents and store them in our document management system so they can be used by the entire firm. The difficulty with closing folders is that I have to update two places every time I make a change to a document (DM and Closing Folders). I also routinely have difficulty changing line items in my closing agenda on Closing Folders from "items" to headings. IT is annoying that you cannot promote a \#'rd item to a "Heading".
