> **Pros**: Day Off is extremely affordable and quite user friendly.  Adding and removing employees is a snap and the mobile app that goes along with the website is a bonus.  Very little training is needed for Employees.

> **Cons**: The calendar should either be a standard Sat-Sun Format or have the ability to toggle it on-off without the system changing it back on a whim.  Date formats should be the same way. This is the one thing that has confused every employee.  The date format also causes issues in reporting as the reports sort the date numerically instead of chronologically.
