> **Pros**: Beams allow me to track changes in the state of my employees with regular Pulse Surveys. It also provides analytics that helps me understand how my team is performing and identify areas of improvement. This way, I can better understand the strengths and weaknesses of my team and make better decisions on how to manage and lead them. I also use the platform to give regular feedback to my team.

> **Cons**: It's hard to call a con, but I miss the opportunity to write gratitude from Slack. I think with this tool more team members would thank each other. I'd be happy to have that feature in the future.
