> **Pros**: It's very cheap and convenient. You can easily connect it to your phone via bluetooth. The money transfer is quick and the fee transaction are transparent, you can see them on your app. You can send receipts. The payment processing is quick and safe.

> **Cons**: The payment by QR code didn't work in Belgium when I tried it, so clients couldn't pay via mobile. It was one time so I didn't contact customer support.
Once, a paiment by card couldn't be processed, and the Card reader didn't show why except "paiment failure" : I believe it was a wrong code.

> I'm very happy. It's a good card reader that you can use for your small business. I used it for markets, but also I've started using it for my sessions and it's so much easier.

> **Cons**: The reader is not very reliable, most of the times the signal is very low so connection to take a payment becomes an issue. We mainly used a payment link, which is easy to send/share with the customer. Unfortunately our SumUp 3g card reader is no-longer working. When I switched it on few days ago, the message on the screen was 'Blocked', basically, I was told by the customers support team that I have to buy a new card reader\!\!

> It was great until it lasted. Our 3g card reader is blocked and is no longer working. It seems to me, SumUp's main objective is sell as many card readers, they make a huge business selling the devices, which do not last long at all. It seems like a SumUp card readers are a disposable device, take few payments and bin it. I am not buying another device after researching the negative reviews online.
