> **Pros**: I like the lay out of the reports. It's easy to read and very visual. Everything you need to know is  at your fingertips. Pictures and comments are attached to each other. The flow of the report is simple to follow. You know which sections meet the state requirements.  Easy to ensure everything is complete and ready for the customer.

> **Cons**: I would like to have more ability to edit photos, like crop and add comments to an area on the photo. It's cool to point arrows and draw circles around objects and I would like to add text. Maybe I can and don't know it. I would also like to generate a preview as I go rather than wait till the end of the report.

> Time. The TREC report is a long report and it take hours to complete. With this software and the ability to go mobile will save me lot of time and a huge amount of money I can pass on to my customers.

> **Pros**: It’s a Web based product that allows for working on multiple platforms. It is fairly easy to navigate.

> **Cons**: Being web based, Quick Inspect can delete your account and reports without warning. Doesn’t allow for video uploads. Doesn’t provide punch lists.

> When I shared my disappointment over its negative aspects the company deleted my account and the report I created. I do not  recommend anyone use this company given the lack of moral character of the owners and the software’s limitations.
