QR Code Generator fit the bill because it was very easy to use, took no real time to set anything up because they provide links for several usage types.  Overall it we were happy with the outcome.

> **Cons**: The biggest con is that if you want to continue using the product you have to sign up for a yearly plan, no other options.  We tried contacting customer service to see if we could work out something since we now have our codes created with them but they were rigid in their stance.  For our purposes, having to pay for a year of usage for something we will use infrequently just doesn't make sense.
