### "Improve efficiency and decrease medication errors" — 5.0/5

> **Pros**: The warning if doses for a medication are out of published range, able to remote in from my house to change the treatment sheet or visualize what is happening with my patient in ICU, easy to use, can remote in to evaluate my patients and make changes if needed.

> **Cons**: The weight graph on the left side of the patient sheet dramatically increases with very little increase in weight, making it seem like a huge change when it may not be.  Would like it to be a little less dramatic with small changes in weight.For legal reasons, all treatment sheets need to be reviewed and signed by a veterinarian.  In our hospital, the technicians develop the Instinct treatment sheet based on a written plan in Cornerstone.  Sometimes, because the ER gets busy, this is not reviewed, and the "doctor to confirm treatment sheet" may not get checked off, or one of the technicians will check it off.  I would like to see this be MANDATORY, and ONLY the primary DVM on the treatment sheet is able to check it off.  I have seen numerous (at least 3) very detrimental mistakes in transcribing from the planned list to Instinct.  I develop my own treatment sheets and cannot change the way things are done on my own, even though I have recommended it many times to administration.
