> **Cons**: レポートのデータが自社で集計したいデータ形式ではなく、画面上でアレンジができないので、一手間かけて集計が必要なこと。

> **Pros**: 着信スケジュールの設定が簡単にできる点が良い。着信振り分け・着信時間差振り分け設定も簡単にできる。サポートが手厚い。（電話をかけて相談すると解決するまで付き合ってくれる）

> **Cons**: 着信転送が少々使いずらいかも。また、pcによっては最初からインストールされているソフトと相性が悪いことがあり、その場合は音声が途切れたり電話がつながらないことがある（その最初からインストールされている不要なソフトをアンインストールすれば解決する。）

> 他社のサービス（2社）をテスト環境で使用したことがあるが、このInfiniTalkが一番使いやすかった
