> **Pros**: From an overview perspective, the reporting is timely and adaptable, and provides sufficient data to establish performance. Trusts have correlated data and found that there is little variation from the internal data sources, or that anomalies could be addressed through training. Also, through the reporting tool there is opportunity to interrogate the data. The Inform team are supportive in providing their insights to the data for developments in the services.

> **Cons**: The reports were initially only via PDF, however this has been supported by exports of the data, allowing for integration with NHS reporting systems. The level of mandatory reporting required and utilised in Endoscopy activity means that trusts have other sources and Thrive is not integrated and there is a risk of discrepancies, and considered extra to the mandatory reporting.

> The regular reports received have provided an overarching understanding on performance and tracked through time, allows to see the changes and improvements made to the Endoscopy Services in a transparent way.
