> **Pros**: Hamlet is so straight forward and user-friendly. The lead process has been made so much simpler through using Hamlet, as well as our member management. Additionally, the booking system is probably my favourite as it is so clear and easy to view your bookings at a glance.

> **Cons**: The only feature that could use a little tidy up is the admin analytics section, it's not as straight forward as the rest of the platform and takes a bit more getting used to.

> Our day-to-day operations would be so much more timely without Hamlet. We have moved so much of our data into the platform and it's so easy having it all in the same place.
