From simple data collection, field reporting, to very complex forms that require multiple entries and different times, the 1st app as the ability to do it all. Each incident can be as unique as needed to the point that it is just like having separate apps for each desired function. > > **Cons**: 1st allows users to create their own incidents but some of the more complex incidents do require additional support and programming from the 1st customer support staff. Sometimes this takes a little longer than we would like it to. > > We started with simple data collection and reporting incidents and as we gained experience with the tool more and more leaders began asking for new incidents to take care of their unique needs. Over time we grew the library to over 35 separate and unique incidents that each had their own function, reporting, and data output. Some incidents were simple and easy while others required very complex back end processing and data input from different people at different times from different platforms.
