> **Pros**: Si se configura bien los flujos, sirve para medir el UPTIME y calidad del servicio.
entrega alertas en tiempo real que permiten hacer una gestión oportuna del alguna caída. 
Así se evita que los usuarios tengan que estar avisando de caídas del sitio. es una herramienta que ayuda a la proactividad

> **Cons**: Al principio los flujos tienen que revisarse harto para confiar en ellos, ya que hay varios falsos positivos.
El tiempo de configuración de un flujo.
El precio de los pasos, podría haber bolsas que vayan inversamente proporcional al costo, mientras más pasos, debería ser más barato.

> En un principio se usaba una herramienta pagada auto gestionada, el problema es que si quedaba mal configurado un flujo no habia atención.
por lo que estas reuniones cada dos semanas hacen que si existe algun problema en la plataforma, puedan resolverlo. 
Me costó en un principio confiar en las métricas, pero una vez que están bien configuradas, sirven de herramienta de monitoreo que nos ayuda con las promesas de servicio de la compañía.
