Pros
Our company has been using Xemplo for over a year now and it has been a great experience. The site is responsive, modern and integrates well with other softwares we use (Xero, Job Adder). The Xemplo team are amazing and are always eager to resolve any questions or issues promptly as they arise.
Cons
To be expected with software that is still being improved, some changes have caused us to have to change internal processes (e.g. rate templates) - this has mostly been a net benefit but has taken time.

Amazing!!! I was the person who found Xemplo through some research online. I found all the other platforms were very expensive and didnt look or feel as good as Xemplo. All the way through we felt we were in good hands, the team has nothing but great things to say about the whole process.
Pros
I like the overall fell and look of the platform, The structure of the employee database is easy to see and use for Admins.
Cons
The only downfall for us was that we cant sync Xemplo with our other employee/ rostering platform "Care master" to sync data of all employees over, so we have to do this manually.

It does what it says on the tin, is easy to use compared to other software we have used, and allows you to centralise your financials still in Xero.
Pros
Ease of use, good customer success team. Intergrated easily with our funding partner and Xero.
Cons
As with all software, there is a bit of a learning curve, but when that is done it's easy enough to use.
