Checking off items in Todoist closes them in Evernote. Unfortunately, the implementation is not complete and it's not possible to specify all notes within a certain stack (in my case "Active Projects") to be synced, so one has to regress to workarounds (e.g. tags). Also, links in Evernote get replaced by the note title and notebook name for some reason, which is rather confusing.
