Our Experience has been really good with Wati especially for countries like India, where whatsapp is the primary mode of communication. There are lot of good features like chatbot, sequencer, custom tracking of urls.
Pros
- Wide range of integrations & API, especially liked integration with Hubspot and Google Sheets.
- Good Chatbot creation UI
- Launching newer features faster.
Cons
- Deliverability sometimes gets throttled, but it's mostly on meta's problem.
- UI of their mobile app, but they have redesigned it now.

Very disappointed. I had convinced my organization to go ahead and move all communications on WATI but they stalled our business and that is unacceptable.
Pros
It is simple to use. Most common functions such as responding to customers, creating templates and quick replies, setting up webhooks / keyword actions is quite straight forward and can be done with minimal assistance
Cons
SUPPORT. One of the worst support teams. Setting up the account was a pain. I still have not been able to get my business name correct on the platform. Billing support is even worse. My account got disabled and we were not able to converse with customers despite making all payments timely. No one from their team responds on Whatsapp / LinkedIn / Twitter.

Good to use application for one's broadcast needs and customer support. It better and rightly priced than double-click.
Pros
We are using Wati from the time our product (Quizly.App) was launched into the market. We mainly use it to broadcast our updates to our customers. Wati also helps us to manage our customer queries as well. Recently we have added work flow automation as well onto our website.
Wati has also been integrated to our Facebook market place account from which we generate our leads.
Cons
Since Wati has upgraded, some of their automation features are under very high premium. So we have currently stuck to the base version of wati.

Pros
It’s intuitive and user-friendly for building chatbots, though broadcast and trigger settings can be tricky. The webhook integration with our CRM ensures seamless customer interactions.
Overall, Wati has significantly improved our customer support and saved time for our sales team.
