It's a very functional friendly platform with easy to use data transfer options, making it a seamless tool for recording conference calls, transcription, and accompanying sales tools for gauging sales calls for efficiency and content.

> **Cons**: There's only one issue I've ever seen and that is the transcriptions that aren't 100%. That seems to be coming from accents, slang, and general clarity of call.  But the transcription is very useful for finding the place in the recording that you might want to go back and listen to.
