The ease of use is very good too and it really isn't hard to learn and understand the bits that, on first look, don't seem to make sense. We have been using extensively for the last 6 or so years and it has never let us down. In fact the constant improvements are a bonus and the company are very open to suggestions on how to improve things or make things more user friendly. There are many parts to SmartHub that make it incredibly useful to whatever you need it for, be it bookings, maintenance schedules, COSHH provision, training schedules etc. One final bonus is the compatibility it has with Deister key cabinets. Often I wished I had asked for more help for the initial set up / migration to get siso online with the bare minimum options.
