Their goal is to an all-in-one tool, and their platform offers a lot of different features. They support email marketing, they have a mobile app which can also do geofencing, and their loyalty features are expansive, which allows for complex, segmented loyalty campaigns. > > **Cons**: The platform isn't the most user friendly, and some organization features could go a long way. We can't sort our emails into folders, so naming conventions are key to finding a particular send. Account filters, what you would use to segment a campaign, cannot be edited once they are saved, which causes a lot of duplication if segmenting changes before a campaign goes out. Like I said in the Pros section, their offerings are expansive. However, when a company offers so many products, it can be hard to prioritize the optimization of functionality for all of those items internally. > > Paytronix is really easy to work with. Although they have a great staff to set up templates, the filtering and formatting process isn't as user-friendly as it could be. Their mobile application is also very structured with little room for customization, so you may want to consider third party app development. If you added on rewards with a 1 month expiration, but actually needed it for 1 week, then you have to go back and void the rewards and then re-add them. It can make the transaction history look back and confusing if the guest were to ever view it.
