Cons
The price should be suitable for Arab countries.

Riverina Regional Library is the largest regional library service in NSW. We serve 13 local government areas through 19 static branches and one mobile library. We have been using the Libero Library Management System (LMS) since 1996 (we were previously with Dynix). Our decision to move to Libero was based on the need to have a fully integrated LMS that would provide high levels of functionality across a widely dispersed network and could withstand the telecommunication challenges faced by remote and rural sites.
Libero has provided us with this, and more in the 19 years we have been using the product. The flexibility and scalability of Libero continues to impress us. As an organization we have almost doubled in size during the past 20 years. Libero has allowed us to offer our users ever increasing functionality and continuously improving performance.
One of Libero's strongest points is the involvement of the "Users" in shaping product development. There is a very strong and active "Libero User Group" which works closely with the company. Libero users have a strong feeling of ownership and involvement with the product.
Libero also integrates well with other third party services and equipment such as RFID, PC management systems, eResource platforms etc.
We can see Libero meeting our LMS requirements well into the future

Fully web based , working from any smart devices and easy to use.
Smart services provide to patrons.
Cons
Good for admin from the dashboard and all changes shown directly on opac and interfaces.
Different screen for bibliographic data entry so help who not aware and not using marc
