> **Pros**: It has the sophistication required to pay a worker with 3 different pay rates in a single week, track fringe, in-and-out payroll, and it exports data so I don't have to triple input.

> **Cons**: The system itself is very clunky, outdated, and hard to navigate. Everything is spread out across the platform and it makes for more administrative burden. Setting up any part of it is a bear. Employees cannot access their own profiles, paystubs, or tax forms within the system. Customer service requires you to submit tickets and the length of time it takes to get a call back is outrageous.

> Poor. Does not compare to systems with more user-friendliness. It takes days to weeks to have a ticket resolved because there is no on-demand customer service.

Also, making sure that all reports were filed timely and correctly just got to be a hassle. 
P4C checks all the boxes with nothing left unturned and it gives us more time in the office to take care of other important things\!

> **Cons**: There was a learning curve at first but the P4C "first responders" jumped into action and made it all go by quickly and was easily attainable\!
With the volumes of calls, they receive daily, it has taken longer than I had to finish payroll for someone to call me with help.

> Usually, a quick LOG A CALL for questions and problems with payroll are just a click away. Always a polite and helpful person on the other end of the phone.
I am not techy at all and the ease of using P4C makes it nice for this 60+ gal.
