> **Pros**: The ability to have multiple tax jurisdictions in one location for payroll entry. The response and ability of the staff. I have NEVER had an issue they can not resolve quickly and with kindness. They always know what I am asking for even with my limited question. Not having to change the system over and over to run weekly payroll, like I did with Quickbooks. It was a nightmare before we switched. It is worth the extra money to use this system and have your support. Oh and certified payroll is so easy\!

I try not to bother them too much by learning and handling my own problems, but when I'm desperate for their help, it's always a pleasure dealing with them.

Thank you for all you do.  Payroll is less intimidating with the Pros on my team.

> Good experience.  Learning curve if changing from Quickbooks.  Once you get use to posting each step, its easy.
