But what I truly appreciate about them is the direct customer support I receive. It's a world apart from dealing with constantly changing agents in AfterShip's chat. With parcelLab, it feels like a more personal touch. And the icing on the cake is that they offer plenty of customization and localization options, which has made a world of difference in improving the after-sales experience for my customers.
