> **Pros**: sharing passwords with our coworkers and I love their SOP format.  I like that it uses 256-bit AES encryption for internet connections and double-encrypts stored passwords.

> **Pros**: The ability to share passwords with clients securely is beautiful.  I used to email or text passwords and email always made me nervous.  I have not used all the features available because we just started using it but I feel much more secure for my clients now.

> **Cons**: I have not found anything negative yet.  We have only been using it for four to six weeks so it is still new.  I'm sure I'll find some problem eventually but it is very simple.

> It has been a great experience.  It came with my IT Glue subscription so I'm not sure if it comes as a stand alone.
