About AMS
AMS is a fleet management system that provides trucking companies a way to manage fleets. With AMS, users can control all fleet maintenance in one centralized platform. The system allows users to schedule repair works and maintenance across the entire fleet.
AMS enables users to control costs and optimize fuel consumption. The system helps track all costs associated with the fleet, including maintenance, repairs, and fuel expenses, allowing users to identify areas for cost savings. Fuel consumption is also tracked and can be optimized by identifying inefficient driving patterns.
A key capability offered by AMS is real-time visibility into fleet status. Users can view the status of every vehicle in the fleet at any time. The system shows what actions need to be taken to keep the fleet running smoothly, such as upcoming maintenance requirements. Users receive notifications and digests on important dates, maintenance needs, and other required actions.
AMS also facilitates data collection and analytics. Users can leverage the data in the system to create key performance indicators and metrics to assess vehicle downtime, return on investment, and total business costs associated with their fleet. This allows for data-driven decision-making to maximize efficiency.

overall, they helped us to get rid of endless google spreadsheets and paper documents. The process of maintenance work became very easy and I really like the fact that we finally can work on our data to better understand problems and prevent them in the early stages. The system helped us to save millions of dollars on maintenance costs just because we were able to detect problems earlier, highly recommend.
Pros
First of all daily digests, my every working day starts with a daily digest, where I can get all important information about trucks, trailers, and drivers. For me, it is important to allocate tasks among fleet managers, with the app I don't even have to ask anything, I can go into details and see all necessary information. I can track costs, expiration of documents, service check-ups, and the history of each asset which helps us to make a decision whether we want to keep that asset or sell it.
Cons
delivery of new features, I totally understand that these guys are working hard, but if I need something new I wait...
sometimes they have bugs in their system, but they fix them quickly, no problem with it, but still I have to mention it.
