I loved its ability to ensure that we integrate music or promotional campaigns that benefit the customer and make them more aware of our products. I loved how IPFone is able to isolate noise and allow all parties to the call to hear excellently. The call recording feature is great and allows us to document conversations and ensure transparency. The message and email notifications are excellent, allowing us to document actions for customers and provide them with ticket numbers and links that enable them to follow up or call back easily.
