Also, setting up an account and sending a document for signature takes just a few minutes. The process is streamlined and friction-free. My clients find it very easy to sign documents on their phones or computers without creating an account.

Also, I've had a few clients report that the emails ended up in their spam folders, so I sometimes have to double-check that they received the link. Aside from those minor points, it works well.

> **Cons**: I don't like that if the expiration date has passed, I am unable to override and extend it. Instead I have to create a new customer. I also do not like that if I don't mark the field as mandatory, the program skips it. This has caused me to send back documents. This happens on fields where users have to check the box or make a selection. I am unable to mark all the boxes mandatory since not all options may be applicable to the user.
