The site continually evolves and improves offerings, and the customer service is incredibly fast and responsive. I appreciate the ease of use with the site and the flexibility offered in customizing what works best for my needs at any given time. Recipients express a lot of gratitude, and I've had many people within my organization ask about using the site for their own units. In a time when we're asked to do more with less, Ellacard has been my favorite tool to show gratitude, recognition, compassion, and more. > > **Cons**: I wish the business option were a bit more affordable. I use cards to welcome new hires, but the messages are regularly routed to their spam folders. If I could send from my work email address, I think that issue would resolve. While I primarily use my account for work, I fund it myself because it's important to me to have this tool as part of creating a fun, caring, positive environment for my employees. > > I use Ellacard more and more each year. I get incredibly positive responses to the cards I send, and I've found a multitude of ways to harness the tool to communicate more effectively. One thing I've done is make a fun "e-brochure" to assist with onboarding. While HR sends a wall of text, not everyone responds well to that format, so that's where my step-by-step guide, complete with links, animations, photos, and instructions comes in. I've seen an improvement in onboarding times since implementing the e-card, and I look forward to innovating more ways to improve processes in the future. ----- ### "Highly recommend Ella Card\!" — 5.0/5 > **Lanie** | *19 March 2026* | Government Administration | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: Value for money, ease of use and gift cards. Adding the music to the card is above and beyond\!\! I appreciate the follow up email from Ella Card to check and double check the status of your card, > > **Cons**: I don't think there are any cons with your website. You have a huge inventory so if I were to say, I wouldn't mind an even bigger inventory with more humor. (I don't want to sound greedy\!) > > It took me a couple of times to maneuver around the card to set it up the way I wanted however it's easy for trial and error. Once I figured it out, it's great\! ----- ### "A Simple Way to Celebrate Teammates Across Offices" — 4.0/5 > **Serina** | *18 June 2026* | Real Estate | Recommendation rating: 6.0/10 > > **Pros**: What I liked most about Ellacard was how easy it made recognizing teammates, no matter where they’re located. I could send one card to anyone on my team, and everyone could sign it in one place. It saved me the hassle of mailing a physical card to different offices and made the whole process much more convenient and efficient. > > **Cons**: What I liked least about Ellacard was that the navigation could be a little confusing at times. The process did not always feel as smooth or intuitive as it could be, especially when trying to get the contributor link. It might work better if payment came first and then the remaining steps followed, so users could access the link right away instead of having to go through the process and then come back for it later. I also did not like that there were extra charges for things like a stamp, confetti, or even the color of the envelope. Those add-ons felt unnecessary and made the experience seem more expensive than expected. > > Overall, my experience with Ellacard was positive. I really liked how easy it was to create a card for a teammate and have everyone sign it in one place, especially when people were in different offices or working remotely. It made the process much more convenient than trying to mail a physical card around, and it helped make group recognition feel simple and organized. At the same time, there were a few parts of the experience that could be improved. The navigation was sometimes a little confusing, and getting the contributor link did not feel as straightforward as it should have been. I also was not a fan of the extra charges for small features like stamps, confetti, or envelope colors. Even with those drawbacks, Ellacard was still a helpful and practical tool overall. ----- ### "Ellacard is Ella-vating\!" — 5.0/5 > **Alan** | *17 September 2026* | Media Production | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: I like having the variety of card designs and occasions. I never have to look far or long for a particular card. > > **Cons**: At first, the process of sending and sharing links was a bit difficult to figure out. After some trial and error, I now have it under control. > > I enjoy using this site and service. It works great for my company while still being able to add personal touches to an event or occasion. ----- ### "Making Office Celebrations Simple and Stress-Free" — 4.0/5 > **Jamie** | *4 June 2026* | Restaurants | Recommendation rating: 10.0/10 > > **Pros**: The biggest benefit is how much time and effort it saves. Before Ellacard, we passed physical cards around the office, and they would sometimes get stuck on someone's desk or get lost altogether. With Ellacard, I can create a card in minutes, send a link to the entire office, and everyone can sign whenever it's convenient for them. Multiple people can sign at the same time, and the completed card is automatically delivered to the recipient on their special day. It takes all of the tracking, reminders, and hassle out of the process. > > **Cons**: My only real complaint is that when I was looking for a very specific type of card, I couldn't always find exactly what I had in mind. While there are plenty of options available, there were a few occasions where I wished the card selection was a little broader or that it was easier to narrow down searches for more specific themes. > > We've been using Ellacard for about a year, and it has completely streamlined how we celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, and other milestones in our office. What used to be a manual process that required tracking down cards and remembering to deliver them is now fully organized and automated. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and makes it easy for everyone to participate. Overall, it's been a great experience and has made recognizing our coworkers much simpler and more efficient. ----- Page: 1 / 9\ Next: [Next page](https://www.getapp.sg/software/2075261/ellacard?page=2) ## Links - [View on GetApp](https://www.getapp.sg/software/2075261/ellacard) ## This page is available in the following languages | Locale | URL | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | ----- ## Structured Data
