> **Pros**: The UI is really stunning. Our users had basically zero learning curve and were able to immediately start an assessment. It's multi tenant so we can get a separate view of each client. They also synch between users in real time so multiple staff members can assess simultaneously without stepping on each others toes. Creating reports with one click is magical.

> **Cons**: They don't currently offer a full compliance stack. It's strictly focused on conducting cyber risk assessments. For us this is fine being an MSSP.

> We've greatly streamlined our Risk Assessment process and the margins are excellent. Strongly recommend for MSSP / MSP looking to get into the field.
