> **Cons**: 1.- Subbase does not have the option to create a PO to one vendor with multiple jobs.
2.- Subbase does not have the ability to have in one place the material for the project and track how many items are pending to buy, etc
3.- After month in closed in QB, Subbase does not sync any invoice if the month is closed. Should have the availability to sync in the current month open

> **Pros**: Easy to use and the transparency for both the office and field staff. This improved the communication within our company. It also eliminated a lot of phone calls between our staff trying to see if material was received and where it was located.

> Overall experience has been great.  Both office staff and plumbers have found this product to be an asset to our organization.
