> **Pros**: Millinnium software has a lot of options. The window is somewhat user friendly and not too complicated. The layout is good so it's pretty easy to move around in the software.

> **Cons**: Millennium has limitations. There are commands where you have to take several clicks to get to an option. Also the marketing is somewhat limited. Not having cloud based is also a negative factor. Although Meevo is coming out, but not quite as mature.

> **Pros**: Most of what I needed to do as a service provider and massage therapist within the industry of spas, salons and med spas; and, professional deliverer of therapeutic services... was able to be implemented effortlessly and without much lag/slack/delays/slowness/lagging of SaaS-like usability. Service providers didn't have access on their personal cellphones; so, personal and business devices weren't allowed or necessary in the treatment rooms and therefore not a contending factor of HIPPA violations within the viewpoint of clients' that are concerned with their data/personal information being displayed on several unsecure devices at once. I don't disagree. I thoroughly/severely agree\! I enjoyed it tremendously and WHOLEHEARTEDLY wish that my employer's franchised Corporate Business Associates would have selected MEEVO, the updated Millennium SaaS instead of the one they did pick.

> **Pros**: What I like about the software it that its intuitive and you can create series/packages with ease, but when it comes to other things it appears to be capable but there is no one to help you, not enough support and they must be short on staff, since calls wait in queue for 20+ minutes.

> **Cons**: no customer support and when an issue arises, everyone scratches their head and says, Hmm, that is strange, we'll work on it, and then they never do.
