No major previous knowledge required, it's a product that can be picked up by anyone who enjoys working in a logical way.

> **Cons**: It's very difficult to say what I least like about the software. I say this because anytime I raised a concern or wishlist item, it was taken and considered by the Netcall team. I am always kept up to date through the fantastic Netcall community.

It didn't take long before we realised how much more potential Liberty Create offered us, and others in our business. I've always recommended the product to anyone who requires support in developing their processes, and exploring the world of automation.
