We’ve been a customer of theirs for a short while, but there was some lengthy communications back \& forth between  \[sensitive content hidden\] \& I that really sets this grant platform apart from the rest. 

I had taken a hiatus from my position and in that time, the tracking of grant activity was hard to nail down, making me a nervous wreck\! I wasn’t sure what was submitted, what a potential grant we had lined up and more importantly, if we were supposed to submit a final report for a grant we received - I KNOW\! 

When I first showed interest in Grant Frog, I received an email from  \[sensitive content hidden\] explaining who she was, what Grant Frog can do for our nonprofit and if I had any questions. Honestly, I thought she was a bot.  \[sensitive content hidden\] always responds to my emails and answers my questions fully. 

Grant Frog is a great tool to use (we opted for the Professional version for our smaller nonprofit). We are able to have 4 users access the site, a large amount of funders are available to research, the dashboard settles my mind, tasks can be sent directly to the people on your team, and the reports look professional. 

If you’re considering a new platform to help manage your funding, this is the sign you were looking for.
