One of the deciding factors was the reviews online showed a strong customer service. They were very helpful in the start up, yes this software is very customizable, in fact you have to create all of your forms and they did help with the process. Unfortunately over the past couple of years we have found that you are no longer able to reach anyone in customer service, you always have to leave a message and wait to be called back. When they do call back, you are treated as if you are a nuisance, never helpful and usually very condescending. Another frustrating feature with Crystal is when they have an update they never inform you as to what the improvement is or even how to implement it, you will find a brief and abbreviated log listing the changes with absolutely no descriptions. Training is not a priority.
