Overall, DSE Rec is very intuitive and allows for easy training and configuration for both back-end as well as front end user experience.

> **Pros**: I like that we can have everything in one system - membership management, sales, registrations, employee scheduling, etc.  It makes it much easier than bouncing between 2-3 different systems.

> **Cons**: It would be helpful to be able to limit view/access by an area if needed.  That way we won't have staff at the climbing wall doing a blanket check-in for items that were checked out in the gym, etc.  It would also be helpful to be able to assign a member profile to a point of sale item - both for tracking sales and for being able to find transactions if needing to refund, etc.&#10;&#10;That said, the DSE staff are receptive to suggestions and are constantly working on improvements and implementing our ideas where possible.

We had some early growing pains due to a short-transition window between systems at the start of our term, but \[sensitive content hidden\] and the rest of the DSE staff have been responsive and helpful in managing and/or resolving some persistent issues.  They are also open to feedback and look for ways to incorporate suggestions, if they make sense for the greater customer base (not just 1-2 institutions).
