I like the workshop setup the most. It's so easy to add in my speakers, handouts, etc. and they're pulled into the template that looks clean and engaging for users. I also submitted a request to have the lists that event emails can go to updated and that was fixed relatively quickly (and options got better over time). > > **Cons**: The main problem for me was how long it takes to become comfortable/trained on the platform. It took me a few years/many events before I fully felt confident in event builds and where everything was housed. There are so many features that we don't need/use that sometimes the system seems really overwhelming. It's also difficult to come up with a workaround when a feature isn't working quite how we need it to. There is also a need for more "tips" within the system. For example, we couldn't figure out why our speakers weren't showing up in a Workshop, only to later find out it's because we needed to add in the course modules for that tab to populate. Having that tip on the Schedule tab would've saved us hours of searching/testing. It's also odd to me that event forms aren't created within the actual event but created and tied to the event after. > > Overall, CE21 is a platform with a lot of capabilities and features that work well for what we need.
