The ability to capture the business' processes in a graphical form and the ability to play back the results to users and decisionmakers. > > **Cons**: We use the publishing of documents in Word format widely, I don't like the control I have over the formatting of documents and would like to see that improved. Once a document is published, we have to spend an ordinate amount of time changing it to make it presentable to a wider audience. > > I find 2c8 to be clunky and long-winded to use sometimes.
