> **Cons**: Maybe just that when people go over the unit amount per day, it reflects in the authorization as hours worked so I have to manually go back and change it so it doesn’t appear that we are over units even they they actually didn’t work them.

> I would say at the beginning it was a bit rocky but now I can’t imagine running out company without GEOH
