The software has safeguards built in so the data stays accurate. It also great to finally have a tracking system that tracks tolerances properly. One concern I had was transitioning from Veryon. The interface is extremely easy to use and was very easy to learn for all of our users. The enrollment was so much smoother than our transition to Veryon. We actually had to use our old Camp data for enrollment because Veryon messed up our data so much. The dedicated analyst support is hands down better than the programs we have used. We’d welcome a renewed feature cadence and a little more analyst capacity—but even with that, it remains the best product for our operation. > > When we choose any SaaS, relationship and trust are at the top of my list. With Traxxall, we have real human-to-human ties—our primary customer service rep and the analysts are top-notch, and it’s clear they’re invested in keeping our fleet in compliance.
