> **Pros**: Super easy and friendly to learn/use. Transition from some of the big names it's just a lot more simple and doesn't require as many manhours to learn and use.

> **Cons**: there's maybe a few settings or options that don't yet exist that would be helpful but overall it's in a good spot. I would love to see an option to make the dimension tool read in different units like the linear tool has, rather than only in feet.

> It's gone pretty well in the 7 or so months I've been using it. The best thing to happen was suggesting a change that, while small in general, was huge for my own personal quality of life and the developers implemented that change just a few days later.

> **Pros**: Unparalleled support, ease of use on multiple devices. Just works. Not locked down to moving a license key around. Can start on one machine (PC) and finish on another (MAC) or calibrate on same file which is huge. Should have switched over sooner.

> **Cons**: Not much to say, most everything that was missing or needed has been included in the updates. They do a great job in the community and updates.

> Great transitioning from Planswfit, almost seamless. Support is incredible when it is needed. Nice to use with multiple style devices being web based. Wife was on MAC and wouldn't use PC for anything. Now she helps with no hassle.
