> **Cons**: The worst customer service. You can call in for help but the operator is limited with what they are able to do. They can escalate your issue to a level 2 but are unable to give you contact with who is working on your case.  They will not fix anything they just open a ticket. Make you provided them with the serial numbers of the gps units, make you take pictures of everything and then close the case. So you have to start all over again. Misinformation by the manager handling Telus fleet complete account. They don’t stand behind their work.We have used fleet complete for over 10 years. We haven’t been able to use the maintenance feature that we have relied on in the past because they updated there system and lost years of historical maintenance information.Paying for 3 months of service that you are not receiving is frustrating and a breach of contract.
