> **Pros**: Good FTP client. Site management is easy because there is just one file to update to add all your sites. Site by site configuration is very handy.

It also offers a lot of automation features, such as scheduling backups or performing synchronization.

I finally decided to just use Filezilla since I had it already and it was free.  I eventually deleted WS\_FTP Pro from my system.  Recently re-installed it and it seems to perform normally.  That's OK except for the wasted time on a total lack of support.
