And it's convenient to use on phone or laptop. What I like is that everything works well together instead of feeling like separate tools. The website banner has been especially useful for sharing announcements or schedule updates with all our members at once. The platform has also stayed easy to use as we've grown into it, and considering everything that's included, I think it's good value for money. What's made the bigger difference is having everything sit inside one platform instead of switching between tools for different jobs. Instructor payroll is a good example, it's tracked clearly enough that I'm not reconciling hours by hand at the end of the month and no need to make a manual announcement. We could also adjust the access rights for different roles in the studio. Recurring packages have been useful for members who come in regularly, since it's set up once and just keeps running. The newer review feature has been a nice addition too because we can see feedback directly. And whenever we've needed help, our local support team has been responsive and easy to reach. > > **Cons**: If there's one area with room to improve, it's on the one time event set up, so we don’t have to manually close it from the back end. A newer favourite feature is the automation that creates an IG Story version of our class schedule in the right format, which makes it much easier to share updates with our students. Our studio also has its own branded app on iOS and Android, which has made booking a lot easier for members across our locations.
