Also the new memory function works fine

But for the past two weeks, I'll initiate a voice message and when I send, Claude hangs and eventually says "oops I didn't catch that" ... This means my entire prompt is lost. Not only that, but there is no way to even get support or speak to anyone to get help.

I paid 20 bucks a month for the service and it's whatever like all these LLM chatbots. Better off just using your own brain and save the money
