> **Pros**: Insgesamt gefällt uns Diamant sehr gut, dadurch ist es schwierig, sich auf eines zu begrenzen. Das Rechnungseingangsbuch ist eine enorme Erleichterung im digitalen Prozess. Aber auch Abgrenzungen und Dauerbelege sind sehr vorteilhaft.

> **Cons**: Der Support lässt derzeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Teilweise schwer erreichbar. Zudem fehlen ab und zu Informationen zu aktuellen Bugs (gerade aktuell bei der selbständigen Mandantenanlage). Dies gilt nicht für den Consultant und Key Account Manager\!

> Dadurch, dass wir einen exquisiten Consultant haben, der mit uns wirklich alle Probleme angeht, haben wir das Programm sehr gut kennen gelernt und können sehr viel bereits alleine machen. Die Schnittstellen funktionieren super, wir nutzen meist gar nicht die Berichte, sondern haben uns über Excel eigene gebaut (und bauen noch) für die diversen Anforderungen im Haus. Das Programm ist für den einzelnen Buchhalter sehr übersichtlich und teilweise selbsterklärend. Zudem gibt es sehr viel E-Learning-Tools, so dass jeder seine Schwerpunkte selber wählen kann. Auch die Konzernfunktionen sind übersichtlich und hilfreich (Intercompany-Rechnungen und -Abstimmungen, e-Belege etc.). Das war auch ein Bestandteil bei der Auswahl. Archivierung der Belege top, Anbindung an externe Programm wie Reisekosten-Tools machbar (muss aber mit Hilfe der IT eingerichtet werden) und gut funktionabel. Sehr gutes Anlagevermögen, mandantenfähig (sehr wichtig im Konzern), Einrichtung neuer Mandanten einfach und individuell möglich, Möglichkeit eines Stamm-Mandanten, in dem alle Konten (Sach- und Personenkonten) für alle Mandanten einheitlich gepflegt werden, dadurch kein "Wildwuchs". Rollen individuell einrichtbar. Durch den Mandanten-Cockpit hat man auf einen Blick alle relevanten Informationen aller Mandanten gleichzeitig (z.B. Umsatzsteuer-VA, Periodenabschluss, sind alle Dauerbelege und RAPs gebucht etc.). Dadurch muss man nicht alle Mandanten einzeln aufrufen, sehr komfortabel. Bei der Auswahl eines neuen Programms stellt jede Firma ihre Anforderungen auf, unsere lagen in der Tat bei dem Stamm-Mandanten, Digitalisierung, Prüferfreundlichkeit, gute Übersichtlichkeit bei der täglichen Erfassung und sehr gute Auswertungsmöglichkeiten. Natürlich auch die Erfüllung der gesetzlichen Grundlagen und automatische Updates (z.B. USt). Alles erfüllt.

Das System läuft stabil, überzeugt durch eine hohe Geschwindigkeit und arbeitet zuverlässig. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist zudem die große Bandbreite an integrierbaren Modulen. Von der Finanzbuchhaltung über Anlagenbuchhaltung und Kostenrechnung bis hin zur Konsolidierung, Planung und Reporting erhalten wir viele Funktionen aus einer Hand, die unsere Prozesse optimal abbilden und vereinfachen.

> **Cons**: Verbesserungspotenzial sehe ich insbesondere im Bereich Customizing, da individuelle Anpassungen mit höherem Aufwand verbunden sein können oder eben nicht vorgesehen ist. So ist es beispielsweise nicht möglich, die Auswertungsmethode „Konten mit Bewegung lfd. Jahr“ aus der Auswahl zu entfernen, was bei jahresübergreifenden Auswertungen zu Irritationen führen kann.
