I can manage scheduling, booking, payments, payroll, and client communication without needing multiple apps. Customer support has been outstanding, whenever I run into an issue, support responds quickly and works hard to fix it. \[sensitive content hidden\] has also been very receptive to feedback and willing to customize features to better fit my business, which has made a huge difference.

I regularly hear that the app can be confusing or difficult to use, and many of those frustrations seem to come from things not working consistently. The monthly cost is fair overall, but I think it could be slightly lower as the platform continues to mature.

> Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with Swum. While there are still areas that need improvement, the responsiveness of the support makes a big difference. Knowing that issues are acknowledged and addressed quickly makes it much easier to overlook the smaller problems.
