> **Pros**: One of the biggest benefits is the reduction in manual work around recurring property-level reporting materials. Items like rent rolls used and the roll-up of this data into asset tapes and different reports used to require more hands-on updating based on information coming in from property managers, so having that process automated is a meaningful improvement. Beyond the time savings, it also gives us greater confidence that we are working from current information, which helps support internal reporting, external discussions, and day-to-day decision-making. As we spend more time in the platform, we continue to identify additional functionality that adds value.
