> **Pros**: What I like most about Astalty is how quick and easy it is to complete case notes and billing. Uploading a case note is straightforward and adding charges only takes a couple of seconds. The billing process is not finicky at all, which makes a significant difference when managing a large caseload and completing documentation throughout the day.&#10;&#10;I also like how easy it is to update headings, edit records, and upload documents. The records can be edited before they have been invoiced which is a great feature. This provides flexibility to correct information, update details, or make amendments if needed, without creating additional work. The system is user-friendly, which reduces administrative time and allows me to focus more on participant support rather than navigating complex software.&#10;&#10;Another feature I like is the ability to automatically copy text with a single click. It is a small feature, but it saves time and makes documentation much more efficient.&#10;&#10;Overall Astalty is simple, efficient, and easy to use, especially for case noting, billing, and document management.

When reviewing a participant's history, it could feel daunting to navigate through a large number of notes.&#10;&#10;Over time however, I have become accustomed to the layout and find it much easier to navigate. While I still think there could be value in grouping case notes by month to improve readability, it is no longer a significant issue for me.&#10;&#10;The keyword search function is a great feature and has been great for navigating the continuous list. It allows users to quickly locate relevant case notes and information, which makes reviewing records much more efficient and helps offset the challenges of scrolling through a long list of notes.
