We'd lost admin access to a Google Workspace tenant and every other tool we looked at (MigrationWiz, CloudM, Movebot) required domain-wide delegation, which needs admin rights we didn't have. VaultMe's model was the only one that worked for us. It migrated email, Drive, contacts and calendar together and preserved folder/label structure well. The free pre-scan also meant we knew the exact cost before committing anything. > > **Cons**: Worth knowing (not really VaultMe's fault): migrated Drive files come across as copies, so existing shared links break, and files shared between colleagues need re-sharing manually afterwards. The native migration tools inherent in our domain provider's suite of tools failed to migrate successfully so I took a chance on VaultMe. The process was smooth, quick, and a good value. The migration process took about 30 min per account and the receiving account was ready to use immediately.
