> The software is o.k., doesn't nearly compare to SiteLink or Centershift but is easy to learn and use.  Limited to standard pre-formatted reports, no customizing of reports.

The customer support is slow to respond to your problems, either the gate software of the tenant management software.  You may be down for days before they call you back, or your gate could not be functioning because they don't call you back to fix a software problem

> **Pros**: This is a decent product. Are some training, the software is relatively easy to use. You can monitor your gate access, and look at multiple types of reports to view who accessed the property after hours.

> **Cons**: Our facility has been using it for years, but it is quite outdated. You can upgrade, but it would be more cost effective to switch to a different company that has more affordable plans, and better customer service. The customer service is basically non-exhistent. It takes days to get  a response via phone and or email, and even if you get a response, it usually isnt that helpful. I get help from my local computer guy instead of even bothering with WinSen when there is an issue.

> **Cons**: It looks like a software built in the late 80s/early 90s. Nothing has changed about it. It’s hard to maneuver. We spent a lot of money on just training new hires to learn the software, which is really sad in 2018.

> **Pros**: The only pro was that once you purchased the software, you did not have to pay for it again unless you made upgrades or installed add ons.

> **Cons**: Was not user friendly, does not integrate well with systems such as keypads or other websites/softwares. Behind on the new features such as text messaging, current email systems, auto payments, etc. Customer Support was costly and rude.  We have since made the move to a more update, user friendly software.
